Signature Afro-Spiced Whole Fish

Tilapia or Mackerel – fresh whole fish marinated in bold Afro-inspired spices and baked to perfection for a smoky, juicy, and unforgettable flavor. Served with crispy fried plantains.

Slow-cooked and baked, tender ribs slathered in our signature Afro-fusion blend sauce, delivering smoky, juicy, and irresistible flavor. 

Herb-Fried Pork with Plantain

Tender pork belly pieces, seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices, fried to perfection and combined with sweet fried plantains for a savory, satisfying, and flavorful dish.

 A rich and flavorful Cameroonian delicacy made with bitter leaves, groundnuts, and your choice of meat. Served with white rice or boiled plantains, offering a truly authentic taste of Cameroon.

A hearty, aromatic pepper soup with a medley of flame-kissed meats, simmered with bold spices for a comforting, spicy, and richly flavorful experience 

Herb-Fried Beans

Slow-cooked and fried beans, seasoned with aromatic herbs and spices, sautéed to perfection for a hearty, nutritious, and savory dish bursting with flavor. 

Signature Eru

 A hearty Cameroonian traditional dish made with a medley of proteins and aromatic spices, delivering a rich, flavorful, and authentic taste of Cameroon. Served with Garri for a complete, satisfying meal. 

Sautéed Spinach

Fresh spinach lightly sautéed with aromatic Afro-fusion spices for a vibrant, tender, and flavorful side dish full of natural goodness.


Chef’s Fried Rice

A curated selection of signature fried rice, expertly stir-fried with fresh vegetables, aromatic herbs, and flavorful spices. Served with chicken by default, with the option to substitute or add your choice of protein for an additional charge. Available in Large (L) or Small (S) trays to perfectly suit any gathering.

Aromatic Herbal-Infused Fried Rice

Fried rice delicately infused with fresh, aromatic herbs and spices, cooked vegetarian-style for a flavorful, fragrant, and satisfying side or main dish.
